The man in charge of the money (as well as IT, efficiency programs and human resources) received his business degree from the University of Michigan Business School in 1990. After passing the Illinois CPA exam that same year, he began a five-year stint at the large CPA firm Altschuler, Melvoin and Glasser (AM&G) in Chicago.
Brian went on to several successful years as a controller for Levy Restaurants and Entertainment, one of the largest restaurant companies in the country. While there, he spearheaded restaurant openings, overseeing training, process, technology and finances. |
