Early on, we decided the best way to differentiate ourselves in a commodity market was to not only ship 60% of our orders overnight, but to also make sure every order was of exceptional quality. And to offer competitive pricing on everything.
Saying “Yes” to our customers’ need for quality means we are extremists about details—double- and triple-checking crucial aspects of the order as well as looking closely to make sure cuts are clean, there are no scuffs or defects in the corrugated board, folds work properly, and every order adheres to tough TAPPI standards.
