As Field Packaging Group’s managing partner, Marty brings a decisive management style into play fueled by many years of experience in the packaging industry.
Marty began his long career by joining Field Container (now Altivity Packaging) in 1967 after graduating from the Michigan State University School of Packaging. He began as a sales rep and helped grow sales from $10,000,000 to $200,000,000 before leaving in 1985 as Executive Vice President.
He then bought Morgan Container in 1986, a corrugated box manufacturing company, and ran it until 1992. After that, his unstoppable enthusiasm for packaging led him to Mor Cor Packaging Products where he served as President and guided the brokering of corrugated sheets to virtually every independently owned corrugated box converter in the Chicago Metropolitan area. |
