Our Structural Design Lab is one significant way we’re able to say “Yes” to customers in a collaborative, creative fashion. Out-of-the-ordinary specifications, including elaborate special folds, protection for extra-fragile or heavy contents or significant die-cutting, don’t scare us. They inspire us. Our design experts fully utilize Artios CAD software to address the conceptual challenges and then they “take it to the table.” Front and center is the Kongsberg XL 24 cutting table, state-of-the-art technology that takes CAD data and applies precise cuts, creating full-size working prototypes. Our designers love rising to the occasion – having even designed boxes for products that had yet to be created. More importantly, we encourage clients to get involved in the lab as variations unfold. Or shall we say, as variations fold?
